1 Overlake Hospital Medical Center is Hiring a Medical Assistant-Certified (1.0 FTE / DAYS) Near Bellevue, WA

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Pay range: $26.67 - $36.91 Overlake Medical Center is currently seeking a Medical Assistant for our Emergency Department. The Medical Assistant-Certified, when assigned as the Medication Reconciliation Technician, is responsible for collecting patient medication history from Emergency Department patients and entering that medication data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Interview patients, families, and uses other resources to compile accurate medication history and document information into the EHR. This is a full-time position with benefits. Free parking, generous perks and tuition program! 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two week pay period) Shift: Days, 10 Hour Shift Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Graduate of a certified medical assistant program also required. Current WA State Medical Assistant Certified (MA-C) is required. Current healthcare provider CPR certification also required.
