Addison Group is currently representing out client, a facilities services company in finding a Field Operations Manager.
About:
- Location: 100% in the field – requires daily travel across South New Jersey, Philadelphia, & Surrounding areas
- Hours: 1:00 PM EST – 10:00 PM EST (occasional coverage of the overnight shift as needed)
Must Have Qualifications:
- Most Important Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Operations experience within manufacturing environments
- Reliable commuting capabilities across the region
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and carry 20 lbs
- Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Polished/highly professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on strategies for open buildings and staff absences
- Develop daily plans aligned with short- and medium-term goals
- Ensure all accounts are covered by coordinating with Area Managers
- Possess a thorough understanding of the ServiceMaster process and actively engage in daily operations
- Conduct weekly walkthroughs of major accounts
- Audit equipment and supplies to ensure functionality; Assist in monthly audits and issue resolution
- Engage with employees and recognize potential
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Implement progressive disciplinary actions as necessary
- Assist in the new account start-up process; Conduct site visits for new accounts
- Manage the process and needs for account consumables
- Oversee time records, discrepancies, and call-outs
- Assist in incident investigations and reporting; Conduct safety inspections and report issues
