Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Deli Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within the deli department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Prepare deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle and store food products following proper food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves
- Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and steamers

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or deli setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory control and maintaining stock levels
- Familiarity with kitchen management and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
