Senske Services is Hiring a CSR/Customer Service Representative Near Belton, MO
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who takes pride in their work, wants to grow with the company on all levels and can work in a fast paced office setting. Job Duties:
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding service questions
- Resolving Billing issues
- Scheduling
- Sales
- Resolving general customer concerns
- Communicating with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
- No cold calling required!!
- Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:50pm
- Fri 8am-5pm
- Must be available 1 to 2 Saturdays per month from 9am to 1pm
- In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to multi-task, be flexible in fast paced environments, be passionate about helping people, be a problem solver and thrive in a team environment
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be willing and able to commute to our office in Belton
