Kunes Country Automotive Management is seeking a Receptionist to join our team.

SCHEDULE Mon-Fri 4pm-9pm Saturdays 7am-6pm

At Kunes Country Automotive and RV Group the Receptionist plays a vital role in our organization by providing professional and courteous service to our customers.

Job Description (responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following)

• Answer multi-line phone system in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure all calls are answered or transferred to voice mails if team members are unavailable.
• Receive payments for all service, parts and sales down payments.
• Reconcile cash payments made daily to reconciliation template.
• Stock in new and purchased units.
• Process wholesale deals.
• Multitasking at any one time
• Order all office supplies as needed.

Experience

• High School Diploma.
• 1 years of cashiering/receptionist experience
• Automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right candidate
• Wage based on experience
