Legacy Pediatric Dental is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Benbrook, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Provide support to staff as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Dental or Medical office is a plus

-Proficient in English and Spanish a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Ability to proofread documents accurately
