Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential communities. The Community Manager will be responsible for maintaining a positive environment for our residents while ensuring the property operates efficiently and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the community, including bookkeeping, maintenance, community rules, and Board of Director affairs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as sending violation notices, HOA dues collection, and resident correspondence
- Implement and maintain effective customer relationship management practices
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of work orders
- Oversee vendor contracts and relationships
- Enforce community rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner
- Conduct regular inspections community facilities and property to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

- CAI accreditation preferred

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and property management principles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and vendors
- Proficient in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and ability to coordinate repairs
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations for Oregon planned communities, and non-profits organizations
- Experience working with property management software
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
