As Customer Relations Coordinator at Unishippers, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and partners.

You will handle incoming calls and respond to general information requests.

You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, great problem resolution skills, dependable and open to new things.

Salary: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Client Services & Customer Support: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Multi-line phone systems: 2 years (Preferred)
• Phone etiquette: 2 years (Preferred)
• Call center: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.87 - $22.72 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
