Essential Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Team
- Cover for the Clinical Director as needed
- Review and support clinical documentation (case notes, ITPs, monthly reports, psychosocial assessments, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management services
- Develop strength-based Individualized Treatment Plans
- Address clinical service needs, including caseloads and personnel changes
- Act as a liaison to stakeholders based on treatment and permanency plans
- Collaborate with consulting psychiatrists and other professionals
- Maintain clinical licensure or status on the state registry
- Understand and adhere to VPI's administrative structure and program philosophy
- Promote a collaborative team approach to enhance clinical services
- Perform other job-related projects and activities as directed
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field license eligible field
- Valid driver's license and 21 years of age
- Satisfactory completion of background and pre-employment checks
- 3-5 years of experience working with emotionally or behaviorally intensive individuals
