Parts Inventory Coordinator

Join our client's team in Bensenville, IL as a Parts Inventory Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of critical spares and parts to support machine functionality. This position will be responsible for being the point of contact for suppliers, and internal customers, working to ensure the ordering, tracking, and inventory of critical spares and parts to support machine availability.

Parts Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage Maintenance, Repair & Other (MRO) materials, including sourcing, procuring, receiving, stocking, and inventory management of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Understand component lead times, source alternative parts when needed, and prevent unplanned downtime.
• Maintain an effective inventory control program, including setting minimum/maximum order quantities based on order history and delivery lead time.
• Conduct annual inventory and monthly cycle counts.

Shift: 1st

Pay: $22-$28/h

Parts Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:

• Ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and timely procurement of MRO parts and supplies.
• Familiarity with packaging equipment components and maintenance terminology (a plus).
• Lift up to 35 pounds with proper lifting technique.
• Ability to work between an office setting and warehouse environment with a temperature range of 55 – 80 degrees.
