Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Overview:
Join our construction team as a Construction Superintendent where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee construction project from start to finish.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints for effective project execution.
- Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise construction sites to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in managing construction projects is required.
- Familiarity with HeavyBid software for bidding processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations.
