DescriptionWe are in search of a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk for our Berwyn, Pennsylvania location. This position plays a pivotal role in our operations by ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and managing customer credit applications, records, and inquiries. This role is vital to maintain the smooth running of our financial operations.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure precise and timely data entry from various sources, including Excel sheets
  • Manage customer credit applications, processing them in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
  • Handle customer credit inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses
  • Monitor customer credit accounts, identifying any irregularities or issues
  • Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and correspondence
  • Employ strong 10-Key skills to perform calculations and other data entry tasks
  • Organize files and documents, both digital and physical, to ensure efficient record-keeping
  • Perform scanning tasks as needed to digitize physical documents.
Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Data Entry Clerk.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service is required.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.
  • Expertise in 10 Key Skills is essential.
  • Good knowledge of email correspondence and organizing files is necessary.
  • Experience in scanning documents and maintaining digital files is required.
  • Ability to perform calculations with accuracy is a must.
  • Excellent typing skills are essential to this role.
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
