Responsibilities
- Ensure precise and timely data entry from various sources, including Excel sheets
- Manage customer credit applications, processing them in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
- Handle customer credit inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses
- Monitor customer credit accounts, identifying any irregularities or issues
- Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and correspondence
- Employ strong 10-Key skills to perform calculations and other data entry tasks
- Organize files and documents, both digital and physical, to ensure efficient record-keeping
- Perform scanning tasks as needed to digitize physical documents.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Data Entry Clerk.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is required.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Expertise in 10 Key Skills is essential.
- Good knowledge of email correspondence and organizing files is necessary.
- Experience in scanning documents and maintaining digital files is required.
- Ability to perform calculations with accuracy is a must.
- Excellent typing skills are essential to this role.
- Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
