AVCP RURAL HOUSING AUTHORITY is Hiring a Director of Human Resources Near Bethel, AK

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Human Resources will oversee the efficient and profitable operation of the human resources department. Primary duties and responsibilities on behalf of AVCP RHA for services delivered in the AVCP region will include, but not limited to:

- Identifying, evaluating, and solving hiring challenges

- Recruiting top talent to executive positions

- Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes

- Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations

- Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,300.00 - $91,100.00 per year
