This critical role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including inventory management, customer interaction, and sales execution, ensuring our boutique operates seamlessly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Inventory and Replenishment Management:
-Back of House Organization:
-Visual Merchandising (VM) Coordination
-Roster Management
-Cashier Management
-Stock Take Management
-E-commerce and Wholesale Order Fulfillment
-Customer Relationship Management:
-Sales Execution
Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a boutique environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for customer service.
Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems (LS Central/ Microsoft Dynamics).
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
