- Handle ER/HR Employee Concerns, Review/Investigate Employee/Management Concerns
- Support Supervisors/People Managers with coaching and consultation
- Interpret Policies
- Intake of ELR concerns, interpret next steps per ER procedures, and submit cases into ServiceNow
- Evaluate concerns through investigations, involving ELR Manager and Employment Law as needed
- Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns
- Flexible role supporting a 24/7 operation, potentially attending meetings on different shifts
- Manage intake and interpretation of ELR concerns
- Submit concerns/cases into ServiceNow and progress accordingly
- Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns
- Individual contributor in a professional discipline or specialty
- Manages assigned projects and collaborates with stakeholders for desired outcomes
- May mentor colleagues or direct lower level professionals
- Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects
- Autonomy: Established and productive individual contributor
- Organizational Impact: Sets objectives to meet project milestones, contributes to cross-functional assignments
- Innovation and Complexity: Addresses general problems and recommends enhancements in systems and processes
