Job DescriptionJob Title: Employee Relations SpecialistClient: Medical Device Manufacturing CompanyDuration: 03 months contractLocation: Billerica, MA 01821Shift: 1ST Shift - Required 4 days on-site per week. 1 day Work from HomeJob Description:
  • Handle ER/HR Employee Concerns, Review/Investigate Employee/Management Concerns
  • Support Supervisors/People Managers with coaching and consultation
  • Interpret Policies
  • Intake of ELR concerns, interpret next steps per ER procedures, and submit cases into ServiceNow
  • Evaluate concerns through investigations, involving ELR Manager and Employment Law as needed
  • Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns
  • Flexible role supporting a 24/7 operation, potentially attending meetings on different shifts
Top 3 Responsibilities:
  • Manage intake and interpretation of ELR concerns
  • Submit concerns/cases into ServiceNow and progress accordingly
  • Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns
