This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive support for our enterprise's Microsoft Active Directory, Windows systems, and email infrastructure.

Active Directory Expertise:

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory infrastructure, adhering to best practices and security protocols.
• Install, configure, and maintain domain controllers, ensuring seamless replication and performance.
• Manage schema updates, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and FSMO roles.
• Securely delegate control and administration across the Active Directory structure.
• Automate AD processes through PowerShell scripting for efficiency.
• Perform disaster recovery procedures for Active Directory.
• Foster a deep understanding and implement strategies for Azure Active Directory.

Email Administration Prowess:

• Oversee and manage email deployments (G-Suite, Office 365, or Exchange) – supporting project implementation and user needs.
• Engineer, test, and implement solutions to optimize email functionality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes following established procedures.
• Be the technical point of contact for email testing, planning, and rollouts.
• Monitor system health, performance, and utilization, generating reports as needed.
• Respond promptly to email-related incidents and requests within our ticketing system.
• Analyze current email infrastructure and recommend optimizations.
• Document processes and transfer knowledge to ensure seamless team collaboration .

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience building and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory domains and email infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and solution implementation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
