**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in IT support, with a focus on security systems and solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing our clients' security infrastructure to ensure maximum efficiency and security.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues related to security systems.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of security equipment.
• Collaborate with the IT and security teams to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new security projects.
• Provide on-site and remote support to clients as needed.
• Document all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on security systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Proficient in network and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , CISSP) are a plus.
