Responsibilities Of The Position
- Provide effective coaching, training, and development for your team members to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and manage inventory to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure proper product pricing, displays, and compliance with all state regulations.
- Clearly communicate store goals, promotions, and procedures to your team.
- Collaborate with the cooperative to support marketing initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Excellent customer service focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to stand or sit for extended periods.
