Woodhouse Auto Family is Hiring a Body Shop Administrative Assistant Near Blair, NE
Location: Woodhouse Collision Center - Blair, NE
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Pay: $17-20 per hour
As a Body Shop Administrative Assistant, you will assist and provide administrative support to body shop operations.
Essential Duties
- Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Answers phones
- Schedules customer appointments
- Assists customers by answering questions
- Calls insurance companies as needed
- Manages credit card machine
- Completes basic estimates: moldings, chrome lowers, and vehicle buffing
- Closes files
- Facilitates moving of completed vehicles
- Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good verbal communication skills
