Timberlake Custom Homes is a residential Design-Build company looking for an experienced and talented drafter. The ideal candidate will work alongside our in-house Design Team in designing and preparing construction drawings for our clients. Experience with Chief Architect is a must. Knowledge of building codes and the homebuilding process a plus.

The ideal candidate will be required to attend a couple of in-person meetings and work from our office as an independent contractor. Future growth opportunity exists. Compensation based on qualifications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with our Design Team and customer from concept to final plan presentation.
• Develop home plans within client's budget.
• Maximize team productivity and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
