Four Winds Concrete Inc. is a leading concrete supplier in Blakeslee, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Loader Operator to join our dynamic team.

The Loader Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery to load, transport, and unload materials used in concrete production. This role requires precision, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to transport raw materials, including sand, gravel, and aggregates, to and from storage areas and processing plants.

- Ensure the efficient and accurate loading of materials into concrete mixing and batching equipment.

- Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal operation.

- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Keep records of materials loaded and unloaded and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid loader operator certification or equivalent experience.

- Strong understanding of loader operation and maintenance.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
