Thanks to our loyal customers we have been in business for over 20 years! We offer one on one personalized boutique exclusive shopping.

We strive to uplift our customers by providing high-quality and unique clothing, accessories and home goods. Our goal is to empower women by providing them with products they feel comfortable and confident in for any occasion. Each season we provide an on-trend collection for women of all types and maintain our signature contemporary style. We pride ourselves on offering quality boutique apparel.

Just Girls Boutique is currently accepting applications for a team member to join our amazing staff of dedicated and enthusiastic stylists. We are looking to fill both part time and full time positions for stylists and keyholder positions.

Role Description

We are looking to hire both Full and Part-time sales associates. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, completing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. They will also assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in retail sales and understanding of sales techniques
• Strong product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
• Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Help on (MOST) weekends!
