Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee Line Leads
- Verify & enter production worksheets before submission
- Inventory Management
- Ensure the department meets and/or exceeds production goals on time
- Quality Control - SQF, USDA, FDA, ISO process follow-through and compliance
- 5 years of production experience
- 2 years of food environment experience (preferred)
- Ability to speak English AND Spanish.
- Competence using ERP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience managing/leading production associates
