We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with 5 years of Maintenance management experience to keep pace with our growth.

DuPage Machine Products is a west suburban manufacturer of precision machined components has an excellent opportunity for a self-starter in our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Technician. Strong industrial electronic background required (277/480), as well as CNC control aptitude and familiarity (Fanuc and Siemens). A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required.

Current hours are ten (10) hours per day, Monday through Friday, with Saturday AM, as required.

The successful Maintenance Manager will receive an excellent starting salary (commensurate with experience) and industry leading benefit package including health, dental, life insurance, and short term disability. 401K plan with employer match.

To be considered for the Maintenance Manager position, the candidate must possess the following:

· Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers

· Advanced schematic reading skills

· Knowledge of CNC lathe functions

· Machine repair knowledge

· Basic computer skills

· Basic math and reading skills

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Mechanical aptitude

· Ability to read and understand basic English

· Safety minded at all times

Previous management roles a plus.

Must be to pass background check and drug screen
