We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all of their textiles and electronics.
The Position: We’re looking for a Claims Auditor that is versatile, confident, and willing to learn. We are looking for an individual that pays very close attention to detail and minimizes distractions. This person will be responsible for ensuring our software is accurate and that we have all of the required documents needed from the insurance carrier to provide a seamless experience from start to finish for the adjuster. We aim to build relationships with the insurance adjuster and the insured. We want to make sure everyone is pleased with all our claims. The goal is to impress them and ensure they continue giving us work.
Job Description:
· Auditing insurance claims from the pickup in real-time
· Auditing in-homes that take place on the same day the items are being cleaned
· Uploading and making sure all documents (COA, COS, SA-POL, or any other insurance-specific form) are signed and uploaded into company software.
· Preparing COI’s
· Realtime updates - calling project managers to ensure the accuracy of their update
· Inspection of photos
· Learn the TPA platforms and the specific insurance program guidelines
· Service Charges entered in real-time from the update
· Phone rotation (after-hours) and weekends
· Backup billing department with bills that are time-sensitive
· Take incoming new losses and interview homeowners
· Work closely with scheduling, field supervisor and entire field team
