Qualifications
- Experience working with prior authorizations.
- Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism preferred.
- Provides Clerical Support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
- Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
- Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
- Completes prescreens for callers seeking treatment.
- Completes verification of benefits for insurance.
- Communicates with families, patients, or referrals sources as needed.
- Answers incoming referral calls from potential clients providing support and encouraging their desire to seek treatment.
