About the Company:At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we partner with top organizations to help them find exceptional talent. Our client, a respected company in Blue Ash, Ohio, is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team for an upcoming project.
Position Overview:As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various tasks and projects. This position requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of three years of HR experience, who is ready to bring their expertise to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports for management review.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
