Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, manage a team of drivers, and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Interview, recruit, train, and oversee transit drivers to ensure compliance with agency standards for passenger safety.
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs and pop-up inspections to assess driver performance.
• Conduct meetings for performance evaluations and disciplinary action as needed.
• Participate in transportation-related training events.
• Open and close the maintenance facility as needed.
• Work on-call as per the assigned schedule.
• Travel between the Monticello and Pine Bluff offices each week.

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge and experience in passenger transportation preferred.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate drivers.
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and implement federal, state, and agency policies and regulations.
• Must be at least 25 years of age to operate an Agency vehicle.
• Must have a current Arkansas driver's license; must have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
