HOSPICE ALLIANCE NETWORK is Hiring a Hospice RN (PT) Near Blythe, CA

We are thankful that you are looking at our job posting and considering offering your services as a Nurse.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS you must have:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid CA state license with no restrictions
  • A minimum of two years of hospice experience is a PLUS!
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
  • In-depth knowledge of monitoring and managing terminally ill patients' conditions and comfort.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision, proactive nursing approach
Your main roles are not limited to:
  • Perform initial assessments and establish a plan of care for assigned patients at end of life while collaborating and communicating with the Interdisciplinary Team including the physician when needed.
  • Assesses and provides patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and self-plan of care
  • Coordinates all hospice services provided to patients/families in all settings to ensure the quality of care
Rate: Differs depending on the experience

As a partner in our Hospice Alliance Network, you will have access to doctors, directors of nursing, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, marketers, social workers, and chaplains, as well as other owners like yourself.
