Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc. is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner Near Blythewood, SC

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for driving all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting processes. This position will collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in the development and execution of appropriate talent acquisition strategies. This position will support hourly recruiting for high volume and skilled trade roles. The individual in this role will build relationships with internal partners and external organizations to attract talent and stay up to date on current trends in talent acquisition. What You Need to Know: Manage the full recruiting life cycle Identify creative ways to build effective talent pipelines; develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs Actively source talent using creative recruiting techniques including but not limited to job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine the search strategy Ensure the highest service level standards for both candidates and hiring managers Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the scheduling of interviews, intake sessions and to ensure the pre-employment process is successfully completed for all selected candidates Participate in hiring events and career fairs both locally and nationally Ensure compliance with Husqvarna policies, processes and practices; maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws Participate in various projects associated with talent acquisition such as employer branding, resource development, applicant tracking systems, etc. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; ideally in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Education, Business or a relevant field 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience either at the corporate or agency level Demonstrated experience managing recruitment for hourly and skilled trades roles Proficient with recruiting through external job boards including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, and CareerBuilder required Must be extremely organized with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications #LI-Post Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications Shaping great experiences is what we do.
