About Us: Itasca Construction Associates, Inc. is a full-service commercial general contracting firm. We specialize in the construction of office buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, industrial / light manufacturing buildings, retail stores, shopping plazas and commercial interior finish work.
Your Role: As our Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery your responsibilities will include:
· Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
· Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients
· Manage project budget, tracking expenses and forecasting costs
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a construction-related role.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
· Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore) is a plus.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
