One of the most exclusive investment management firms in Boston is looking to hire a Data Governance Manger for their new team focused on standing up a new Data Governance framework across their Capital Markets functions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a new Data Governance structure in collaboration with a small technical and strategic team
- Define new Data Quality KPIs, DQ checks, and progress dashboards focusing on data completeness and transparency in reporting
- Define and implement a data certification process and change management process
- Review business glossary, data dictionary, and reports catalog
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data governance at a top Finance firm
