About the Role:
In this position you will be an integral part of leading a transformation of O-I and the glass industry through innovative, sustainable, and disruptive new technologies. Together with a highly collaborative and diverse team you will have opportunities to implement new operating models enabled by an engaging culture that drives performance through safety, teamwork, and accountability. In this position, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain controls systems that drive safety, quality, and performance for O-I's newest glass container manufacturing facility in Bowling Green, KY. You will use your strong analytical skills to identify problems and errors in process control systems and develop creative solutions to complex problems related to process controls. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical experts within MAGMA and other global teams to advance our newest technologies. You will be an integral part of modeling and reinforcing our culture that engages and empowers all our teammates around safety, accountability, and trust to produce world-class results.

Up to 20% Domestic and international travel until start-up of factory in 2024 and up to 10% thereafter
Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is between $84,700 to $105,880 10% pay-for-performance quarterly incentive. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
