Job Summary
The Client Representative role provide excellent customer experience, maintain existing relationships, and supports customers' needs.
This role advises and prospects American Family Insurance products in all product lines. A Client Representative supports the Client Specialist Role.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes and procedures
- Provides personalized, professional customer experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships
- Prospects for new business through leads, telephone calls, and personal contacts
- Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency
Qualifications
- Job contingent based on passed property, casualty and life insurance license ahead of first day of employment.
- Ability to work as a team with co-workers.
- Active involvement in the local community
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google , LinkedIn, etc.
