**Job Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and skilled Drivers Helper to support our delivery and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting drivers in various capacities, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of commercial driving and warehouse operations. **Duties:** - Assist drivers in loading and unloading goods, packages, or equipment, ensuring all items are properly secured for transport. - Support delivery drivers with courier services, navigating through busy traffic and handling customer interactions. - Operate manual transmission vehicles, including box trucks and tractor-trailers, in a safe and responsible manner. - Conduct pre-trip vehicle checks, monitoring tire pressure, oil levels, and other essential systems. - Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sorting and storing products. - Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations. - Perform tasks as needed, including loading and unloading of equipment, and participating in inventory management. - Uphold company policies and safety protocols, adhering to regulations and guidelines. **Skills:** - Proficiency in commercial driving, including experience with tractor-trailers and box trucks. - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management. - Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers. - Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Familiarity with courier services and delivery driver protocols. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing situations. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.31 - $16.15 per hour
