Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Coordinate projects and assist in project management tasks
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with order entry and maintain office supplies inventory
- Utilize computer skills for various office tasks
- Support organizational tasks to enhance office efficiency
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Google Suite
- Familiarity with order entry processes
- Knowledge of file management systems
