- Tax-Free Stipend: $628
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 HR - Days
- Travel Reimbursement: $600
- Graduation from an approved American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Current MN license in good standing with the State licensing board
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- American Heart BLS Certification
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and report patient status to physical therapists
- Assist patients with exercises as part of their care plan
- Administer treatments such as massage and stretching
- Utilize devices like walkers to support patients
- Educate patients and family members on post-treatment procedures
- Complete required orientation
- Adhere to facility and OSHA safety protocols
- Respect patients' cultural and religious practices
- Uphold HIPAA regulations
- Maintain punctuality and dependability
