Title: Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

Buick GMC of Brandywine is expanding, and we are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our family. We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual preferably with automotive dealership experience to join and grow with our team!

As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Automotive Service Advisor/Writer - Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
• Documenting customers' concerns and comments.
• Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
• Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
• Explaining repairs to customers and review service history
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
• Coordinating parts ordering and follow up appointments with customers.
• Providing the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele.

Automotive Service Advisor/Writer - Qualifications:

• Service advisor/writer experience required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CDK Drive experience helpful.
• Professional appearance and attitude required
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment
• High school or equivalent
• Must be reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
