Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
- Strong knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in recruiting, training development, and payroll processes
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and performance evaluation
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position is a plus
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
