Job Summary

As a Program Manager, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of our Products and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. You will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional groups to ensure a successful delivery of our IFE products and services. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee product and service performance, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction 
• Manage design and development processes from program inception to product delivery 
• Daily maintenance and performance management for product and service deliveries 
• Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery 
• Oversee external and internal data preparation and collection for projects 
• Prepare cost justifications, recommend priorities, generate schedules, and develop solutions to customer issues 
• Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights
