What is Delek? What do we do?We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing.
- Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
- Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
- Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek, runs over 250 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US!
- Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.
Job SummaryPrepares operations analyses, including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization, and makes recommendations for improvement. Develops process analyses, designs and simulations. Requires a solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry and possesses strong analytical skills. Provides statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment and materials for electric and/or gas operations. Performs analyses of the operation's cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations. May track, maintain and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.

Education And Experience
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Four (4) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

- Collaborate as appropriate with business partners across the company to support larger projects and/or ad hoc requests
