Other Job Duties Include
- Working with the President of Real Estate to canvass possible tenants to lease space within a growing portfolio of properties.
- Assisting in negotiations of lease terms, architectural plans and construction bids.
- Coordinating and submitting necessary documentation for permits.
- Analyzing the existing real estate portfolio to leverage existing opportunities.
- Looking for, and implementing, process improvement opportunities for the leasing and property management teams to enhance sales outcomes
- Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university, preferred
- 5 years of real estate experience preferred
- Familiarity with CoStar, CRM platforms, and/or other related software
- Comprehensive knowledge of lease review and renewal procedures
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to grow and maintain a national tenant portfolio through relationship building and a client-focused approach
