Position Overview: As the Director of Resource Development, you will be instrumental in planning, directing, and coordinating all development activities and fundraising efforts. Your role includes managing direct mail appeals, gift solicitations, and fundraising events. You will work closely with the Executive Director and the Resource Management Team to strategically allocate resources and report outcomes that support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan with the Executive Director’s approval.
• Lead the organization’s fundraising efforts to meet and exceed set objectives.
• Collaborate with TFP collaboratives to integrate resource development plans.
• Pursue foundation and government grants, developing strategies for major donor solicitation and stewardship.
• Manage donor database and fundraising platforms, ensuring effective communication and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE or nonprofit management training preferred.
• At least 5 years of development experience in a non-profit setting.
• Proven track record of securing major gifts and managing donor relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and data management systems.
