Holiday Inn Express and Suites is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Brevard, NC
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide general maintenance and repair services for our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position requires a strong knowledge of building systems and the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
