About Us: At Gales, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality automotive detailing services with exceptional customer care. We’re a leading provider in the industry, and we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Detailing Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Position Overview: The Detailing Manager will oversee the daily operations of our detailing department, manage a team of detailers, and ensure that all detailing services meet our quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a thorough understanding of automotive detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the detailing team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor detailers. Schedule shifts, manage performance, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards for all detailing services. Conduct inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of detailing supplies and equipment. Order and manage supplies as needed.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of service orders, employee hours, and other relevant documentation.
• Sales and Marketing: Assist in promoting detailing services and special offers. Work with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Would like to have someone with Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive detailing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. If you can sell, multi-task, organized, and can be a great leader we will consider you for this position.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
• Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with detailing tools and equipment, and proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in automotive detailing or management is a plus.
