• Record Cash Receipts
• AR Collections
• Entering Accounts Payable
• Running AP checks
• Process Vendor disbursements
• Journal Entries
• Bank Reconciliations
• AP/AR Filing
• Invoicing
• Provide administrative support to management as requested

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in an office environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn new computer applications
• Communicate, both written and verbally, in a clear and concise professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
