CleanCo is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join our People and Culture team based in Brisbane as a trusted partner, providing expert advice and coaching to leaders and employees to ensure successful operations and positive outcomes.
You will help develop our Industrial Relations (IR) framework and Employee Relations (ER) governance structure. You will partner, coach and provide best practice advice to support the delivery of successful day to day operations and achievement of positive outcomes.
This key role will develop IR framework and ER governance structures and will provide specialist support and advice in areas such as industrial relations, remuneration and enterprise bargaining and the education and guidance of leaders through people issues.
This is a newly created permanent opportunity and will require semi-regular travel to our operating sites across QLD, and includes a mix of working in the office on-site and from home.
