Think Consulting is actively seeking an Inside Sales & Administration Manager to join a leading specialty copper alloys and nickel-based products company in Bristol, RI. The role includes responsibilities in inside sales, finished inventory management, and administration of AP/AR processes.

On-Site: Bristol, RI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond accurately and promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with colleagues and customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Process quotes, orders, and invoices.
• Manage inventory to meet business needs.
• Manage the Purchase Orders & Receiving process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records.
• Keep AP & AR current and maintain accurate records.
• Respond appropriately to supplier, customer, and internal requests.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma required; more education and experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under stress from customers, colleagues, or suppliers.
• Comfortable using computers and skilled in Excel, Outlook, ERP, MRP, and CRM.
• Autonomous with high attention to detail; understanding of processes preferred.
• Ability to occasionally travel domestically and/or internationally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Ability to develop or provide feedback on the customer service process.
• Knowledge of products to answer questions effectively.
