Thank you for taking time to look at our job posting. We are a family owned, private child care center located in Broadview Heights and we are looking to add to our team! We are seeking candidates that have experience in the age groups of 3 - 4 years old.

We are specifically looking for an experience, energetic Preschool teacher that has a desire to build connections with families, aid a co-teacher with curriculum and help with classroom management .

In this position, you will work alongside the your co-teacher implementing lesson plans, managing the classroom and following daily routines.

We are a well established center in our community and our goal is to find an Preschool Teacher that matches our culture and energy.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible (along with a co-teacher) for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children in a classroom
• Observes all rules and regulations of Primrose School of Broadview Heights and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
• Implementing potty training techniques
• Maintains a positive relationship with parents
• Gets children engaged in classroom activities by employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.)
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.

Desired skills and experience :

• The ability to manage a classroom of up to 16 children with a fun, loving, positive attitude
• Passionate about Early Childhood Education
• Creative, Collaborative, Engaging and Nurturing
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

• Paid Holidays are offered in addition to Paid Time Off (PTO) - A total of 7 holidays are paid to full-time employees per calendar year...
• In total, our PTO and Paid Holidays package gives employees the opportunity to earn up to and extra 17 paid days off per year
