Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our Web Marketing Team! We tackle complex marketing, media, and technology challenges while putting people first! With that mantra, we're redefining the law space.

Successful candidates will join our Brooklyn office, situated inside a redesigned industrial loft, that is the creative and operational backbone of the company. We run like a startup – foosball, unlimited snacks, bean bags, but have the strength and security of a leading enterprise! 

Responsibilities

• Managing our SEO strategy, execution and measurement.
• Driving our local SEO business.
• Analyzing, documenting and presenting SEO findings clearly and concisely on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Building on page optimization strategies and technical audits.
• Generating sign ups from organic search engines.
• Planning and executing link building and content marketing strategies with support from internal resources.

Requirements

• 3 Years experience for mid to large organizations with multiple locations.
• Advanced content analysis for lead gen site.
• A complete understanding of technical SEO and onsite SEO.
• Ability to recommend actionable content, linking, and technical recommendations.
• Proven experience developing successful internal linking strategy, local lead gen campaigns, content creation, optimizing website speed, and improving website usability for organic and paid users.
• A deep understanding of local SEO and what drives performance in local results.
• Proficiency with analytics and data analysis with the following tools: SEM Rush, Mouseflow, Google Analytics 4, Super Metrics, Google My Business, Bright Local, Authority Labs and more.
• Someone who stays to date on trends in SEO.
• Experience guiding website UX/usability strategies across digital devices and platforms from a search perspective.
• Experience managing enterprise SEO on content management systems (CMS).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to the legal industry is a plus or relevant lead gen businesses
• Salesforce experience
